Pet Adoptions

Helping pets find a loving home.

Welcoming a new pet into your family is definitely one of life’s greatest joys, especially when you are able to provide an abandoned or homeless pet with a loving home.

Although we are a Boarding facility Saar Kennels also does it’s part to support animals for adoption, by providing a safe and nurturing environment to rehabilitate, socialise and train these pets in an effort to find them forever homes. Below you will find details of our Pets for Adoption, where we feature descriptions of each pet’s personality and temperaments to help potential adopters understand each pet’s individual needs and histories.

We encourage those who are interested in adopting to meet the pets in person.

If interested in meeting any of our pets for Adoption, Contact Us, and our helpful staff will be able to organise a meeting and answer and questions you may have.

What to expect, for new pet owners:

It is important to note that owning a pet is a big responsibility, whether you are getting a specific breed or a mixed breed we strongly recommend you take the time to research the history of this animal, which will give you a clear idea of the amount of mental activity, physical exercise, training, equipment and grooming your pet will require. All animals do require one on one time spent with you, especially during your first several months together which will help you bond.
