My pom Amar loves it there, every time we turn the corner to your place she goes crazy in the car barking wagging her tail she is so excited to get inside! We love it there

Our 3 cats have been boarding here for years, the experienced staff always look after them so well, and the windows are great. The cats are always happy when we pick them up and sometimes don’t want to leave.

I have left my 2 MinPins here numerous times and they love it! Clean and happy place for them with plenty of TLC. I don’t worry knowing they are in good hands.

Skipper the cattle dog has stayed here many times and seems to do well. My cat Noel has boarded once or twice and loves the cat apartments. We recommend SK to others who ask.

Our family have been customers for going on 10 years now, our dogs are happiest boarding here. Always look good and healthy when we pick them up and they are very fit too from all the play time! Highly recommended to pet owners on the island, worth the cost for the peace of mind and level of care you get.

Sushi was scared of everything I brought him to the Hotel for daycare socialisation . Amazing he was so good made friends and was so happy to go back every day! Not worried about him anymore when I go for holiday he is safe and happy staying with you guys. Thanks

We were a bit concerned at first with the kennel being under ‘new management’ but we have been so glad to see the improvements you’ve made. We are very happy with the services here our pets are always happy and we have never had any problems, my husband and I have recommended you to many friends. We enjoy the pictures of our cats in the windows, they seem happy there. We like that Bobby and Ginger get to go out and play in the cat play area. Would recommend to others.

Professional and knowledgeable people. Glad to see a place that feeds quality pet food instead of cheap stuff. We are very happy that your pet food is stored in cool rooms and each bag is fresh every time. Our dogs and cat had the ALS and Grain Free formulas when they came to stay, we kept them on it and have not looked back.

Spent years researching good quality pet foods, checking 100s of pet food reviews. My wife found Canidae and we have loved it for our pets ever since, especially for our old boy Chillie he loves your Grain Free Salmon formula. We use the Home Delivery, it is very convenient for us living so far away!

Many times when I pick up Jess she runs past me to the office and straight to the staff.. I don’t mind I know they take such good care of her! I go on vacation missing my girl but I always get pictures and videos so I never worry! Thank you so much x

My mixed breed dogs are not friendly with anyone other than my family, but amazingly when I came back to pick them up after their vacation with you, they were walking on the lead had their ears cleaned and nails done and were being petted by your staff! I am still amazed! Clearly you all have a way with the animals as I’ve never seen my babies so calm and happy..Wow!

Our pets always been happy there we like that the staff are helpful polite and knowledgeable about dogs and cats. Staff told us about some behavioural issues and helped us change Charlie’s bad habits. Now we have much better behaved dogs… Thank you to the staff for your honesty.
