Our Kennel & Cattery provide our Guests with individual hygienic and spacious rooms during their stay which are both bright and comfortable. All rooms are fully Air Conditioned and temperature controlled with heating during the winter season. We also have backup units and generators on hand in case of emergency, to ensure our Guests are protected from the elements at all times. All indoor runs are to UK and International pet boarding size & safety standards.
We are also able to accommodate families with 2 or more cats or dogs who would like to Board their pets together. For family sized rooms of 2 or more dogs, kindly request this when making a booking.
All Guests are provided with fresh bedding which is regularly disinfected. Special bedding can be provided for senior or arthritic pets, kindly request this when booking.
Guests get to regularly enjoy the fresh air and social playtime throughout the day in our double gated, safe and secure, large outdoor runs which are amply shaded by our mature gardens. Dogs are taken out into the outdoor runs at least 5 times daily so they can enjoy fresh air, exercise, and supervised play-time. Based on the season, especially during hot summer months, and depending on your dog’s size and breed exercise times are adjusted accordingly.
Our animal loving staff give Guests plenty of affection and their relaxed and caring approach helps alleviate any tension your pet may have on arrival. Our trained and professional staff also ensure that all our Guests are well supervised and receive one-on-one play, care, grooming and attention from the moment they check in.
We are the only Kennel & Cattery on the island that specially imports top quality pet food to feed our Guests, at no extra charge. Our company is the Middle East distributor of Canidae USA which is a premium and all natural pet food that is ranked as a five star brand (tested and rated by independent pet food analysts worldwide) for it’s nutritional and holistic ingredients. Most brands found in pet stores and supermarkets are independently ranked as 2 or 3 star foods and in many cases contain artificial preservatives , flavorings, or colouring.
Hydration is important for the well being of your pet, that is why we only provide our Guests with bottled sweet water which we especially purchase. Unlike other kennels & catteries, we do not give tap water to any of our guests.
All pets are provided with food and water in non-slip or raised stainless steel bowls that are disinfected daily.
Our facility is supervised 24 hours a day by our kennel staff who live on the grounds. This ensures the safety and well being of our Guests at all times.
All rooms and outdoor play areas are double fenced and gated which allow us to provide a safe and secure environment for your pets during their stay.
We use Parvo-Virucide disinfectant to sanitise our premises alongside regular pest controls which ensures our facility is hygienic at all times.
We have longstanding relationships with several of the top veterinary centers on the island and we are therefore able to seek emergency veterinary care if and when required.
In order for us to ensure the safety and well-being of our Guests, it is necessary that prior to their arrival at our facility, owners confirm that their pets have been fully vaccinated, where each pets’ vaccinations will be up to date at Check-In and will remain valid for the duration of their pet’s stay with us.
Please ensure that:
All vaccinations occur no less than 14 days prior to a pet’s Check-In date.
Vaccinations for dogs include: Rabies, Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).
Vaccinations for cats include: Rabies, Feline Distemper (Feline Enteritis and Feline Paleucopenia), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus.
Pets receive an effective form of Tick & Flea treatment no more than 24 hours prior to your pet’s Check-In, which will last the duration of your pet’s stay.
Pets must be free and clear of all external parasites at the time of their Check-In, or may be charged extra or refused use of our facility.
Pets may not receive any internal parasite treatment (heartworm etc.) any less than 7 days to 6 months prior to their Check-In date.

Pet Day-Care
Our Day-Care service is where we offer day boarding for both dogs and cats. Pet owners drop off their pets at times to suit in the morning and pick them up at the end of the day before 6pm. Our Day-Care service is ideal for busy pet owners with active or shy pets who need socialisation or extra activity, and for those who don’t want to leave their pets home alone.

During Day-Care Guests spend their day enjoying regular periods of supervised exercise and activity while socialising with our staff in our secure and large outdoor runs which are amply shaded by our mature gardens. This allows your pets to socialise and let out their energy throughout the day in a safe and specialised environment, so that when they get home they are relaxed and ready for bed.
Day-Care Guests benefit from important rest and relaxation time in our indoor temperature controlled rooms. All Guests have clean comfortable bedding and fresh sweet drinking water to ensure they are amply rested and hydrated.
